TheDailyWord allows users to pay a fee to replace the current "Word" and its associated URL on the homepage. By purchasing the "Word", you understand that your word will only remain on the site until another user pays the new, higher price to replace it, or until the daily automated reset occurs.

3. Content Guidelines

Users are strictly prohibited from submitting words or URLs that contain or link to:

• Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content.
• Pornography or explicitly adult content.
• Illegal activities or content violating any laws.
• Malware, phishing, or malicious websites.

We reserve the absolute right to remove, modify, or censor any word or URL at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without a refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Because you are purchasing a digital, ephemeral space on our website, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes situations where your word is replaced by another user immediately after your purchase, or if your word is removed due to a violation of our Content Guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

TheDailyWord acts solely as a display board. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the safety or accuracy of any user-submitted links. Users click on the links provided by the "Word" at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
